Registration Fee

▪ Author(Regular/Committees/Student Author): Submit full paper for publication, and presentation it.
▪ Presenter: Submit abstract for presentation only without Publication.
▪ Listener: Attend all the conference, no presentation and publication.

Please make the registration after your full paper or abstract is accepted by the conference after peer-review. Registration of accepted paper must be done by one of author(s) of paper, other co-authors or accompanying person can register as the listener. Listener is required to fill out the registration form for Listeners and email it to conference secretary before the registration deadline.

▪ One regular registration is should be six pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged at 60USD.
▪ Only the first author is student could enjoy student registration fee. Please provide valid student proof.
▪ Accepted papers MUST be presented at the conference by one of the authors, or, if none of the authors are able to attend, by a qualified proxy. Papers may be presented orally or as poster.
▪ Accommodation and traveling costs are not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves.
▪ Kindly take note that the publisher reserves the right to reject the accepted papers if they do not meet the requirements set by publisher. And we can suggest an alternative publication. An additional publication fee may be required in some cases.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. The conference organizers will not refund or pay any compensation in which the non-attendance or withdrawal is due to any personal reasons.
2. The conference organizers cannot accept any responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, strike, government regulations, epidemic and any other events which could not be predicted, controlled, avoided or overcome.
3. The conference organizers reserves the right to change the dates, place and form of the conference due to force majeure.
4. All refund requests must be made via email to conference secretary, the final decision on refund will be at the discretion of the conference organizers.
